Sintonia is a joint venture among a limited number of high-profile shareholders who have a strong investment track record.
The fully diluted shareholdings of Sintonia, considering the total current commitment of Euro 1,686 million, are the following:
- 66.40% Benetton family (via Edizione S.r.l.)
- 17.68% GIC - Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (via Elmbridge Investment Pte. Ltd.)
- 9.98% Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners (via Sinatra S.à r.l.)
- 5.94% Mediobanca S.p.A
Sintonia aims to attract new partners that will either be instrumental to the success of investment opportunities and the implementation of the strategy, or will contribute strategically important assets/equity investments to Sintonia.
