Sintonia owns 46.41% of Atlantia S.p.A., of which 37.44% through Schemaventotto S.p.A. and 8.97% directly (as at March 1, 2012).
Besides being the first Italian player with a toll road network of 3,095 km, Atlantia is also present abroad with about 900 km of network in fast developing countries (Chile, Brazil, Poland and India). The Group is investing over Euro 18bn to de-bottleneck nearly 900 km of roads in Italy which represent 26% of the group's Italian network but 45% of its traffic flows.
